Your forum is extremely helpful. Do you have procedures to replace check valves and cam chain tensioners for W276. There is a tech bulletin about noisy engine at start up, and procedures documented.

Hello, Yes, the WIS would be extremely helpful. There was a technical bulletin for replacing the cam chain tensioners and installing a check valve to maintain oil pressure.

Ok, I pulled all of the documents to replace the chain tensioner from WIS and arranged the order. For the check valve, there is no guide for replacing, I think you can see the check valve after you removed the tensioner.

I'm happy this forum is useful to you. My w212 does not have the issue of the cam chain tensioner so far. If you need the guides or documents about that. I may pull that from WIS base on the VIN or chassis model of your car.
